NUTRITION MONTH 2025 CELEBRATION

Parañaque National High School – San Isidro proudly joins the nation in celebrating Nutrition Month 2025 with the theme, “Sa PPAN (Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition): Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat para sa Lahat!” This month-long celebration, spearheaded by the TLE Department, aims to promote awareness on proper nutrition and healthy living among our learners and their families through various engaging and educational activities.

The celebration will kick off on July 1, 2025 with a Nutri-Icon Parade, followed by a symposium featuring two informative topics: “Pinggang Pinoy: Gabay sa Wastong Nutrisyon para sa Pamilya” and “Anemia at Ferrous Sulfate: Ano ang Kailangan Mong Malaman?” On July 8, students will showcase their creativity during the Poster Making Contest, while the Nutri-Quiz Bee will take place on July 15, testing their knowledge on health and nutrition. On July 22, we highlight collaboration between home and school through the Parent and Learner Cooking Contest. Finally, the celebration will culminate on July 30 with a vibrant Jingle Contest and a Culminating Activity to wrap up the month’s festivities.

Together, let us embrace this year’s call for unity in achieving a healthier and well-nourished community.

The Brigada Eskwela 2025Kick-Off Program will take place on June 9, 2025 (Monday). Let us work together to make our school a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming place for our learners as we prepare for the new school year.

8:00 AM – Kick-Off Parade followed by the Opening Program

Calling all alumni, students, parents, stakeholders, LGU and barangay officials, and community partners — your presence and support are highly appreciated. Let’s show the true spirit of bayanihan!

For Donations:

Please look for Mr. Kevin Clark F. Belena, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator.

Items Needed:

• Reading and learning materials (small bookshelves, books, whiteboard, blackboard, corkboard)

• Paints (latex, enamel), brushes, rollers

• Cleaning supplies (brooms, mops, dustpans, detergents)

• Electrical materials (bulbs, extension cords, sockets)

• Construction materials (plywood, nails, sealants, cement)

• Gardening tools, plants, and soil

• Trash bins and recycling containers

• Office and school supplies (bond paper, pens, folders, etc.)

• Bottled water and snacks for volunteers
